Tonight I will be picking up my new e92 M3! Got a great deal on the car as far as I know, was able to shave a few thousand off of invoice!

Florida, and I got 1.5k off invoice plus mats and a few other items. The car is an 09, pre march build. Did anything change for march production? Anything I should look out for on delivery?

Congrats! That sounds like a great deal. As far as changes in mid March, the only thing I know of is they got rid of the prewire on the alarm. It changed to a factory option that can not be added later. They also eliminated the ashtray and replaced with sunglass holder. I think that only lasted for a month or two. Mine was built in April. Just make sure it has the new idrive.

I can't wait to see some more pics. The 1200 miles can't come soon enough.

Congrats! Since yours is a pre-March build, you may have the infamous DCT lag. If you do, your dealer should update your software.

I've got a June build with the DCT and no lag, and based on what I've read here, those who have pre-April builds and had their software updated have had the lag eliminated/reduced.

Thanks guys! Loving the car, i'm not really sure where I would notice the DCT lag is it on downshift? Other than that WHAT A CAR! I have the EPS any particular settings people are using with the EQ?

I will get some photos in the sun tomorrow.

1st going into 2nd gear lad when coasting around town out of manual mode.

Which dealership did you get it at??? I'm in the market for an '09 and live in FL as well. I went by Vista in Coconut Creek, but they wouldn't budge on price. Do you have the breakdown of ur price?
