possible to fit a track wheel set in e90 w/o fold down seats?

I am considering buying a 2011 e90 without fold down rear seats. My question is if anyone knows if you can fit a set of track wheels in the car without the fold down feature? All 4 wheels probably the same size as stock.

If it can't be done unfortunately that will be a deal breaker.

Absolutely.

If stock size you can even squeeze 4 standing in the rear seats.

I have 9.5 fronts and 10.5 rears and they all fit in the back of an E92. Should fit even better in the E90.

Yes, 1 trunk, 3 in back seat, move passenger seat up.

BTW with fold down rear seats, it's still the same setup. 3 in the back. Fold down is only useful for long items like large suitcases or 60 inch TVs or Xmas trees

I run 18 x 10 square, and they all fit standing up in the back of an E92 as well.

And yes, it's annoying to put them in or take them out--but it works!

Wheel/tire specs in sig. Move the passenger seat up, but doesn't have to be all the way. A smaller someone could probably still use.

I don't have to move the driver's seat outside of my normal position (6'2"). Turn the wheel that's immediately behind the driver's seat so that the barrel actually fits around the back of the driver's seat to some extent, if that makes sense. The upper part of the seat back tucks into the barrel.

I have a set of 18" TE37SL with 265/295 AD08 in the back seat without any issues. I also use these as well (just like many others have here).

I bought mine with free shipping on ebay from BMW Dealership

just do a search for tire tote.

Wow everyone thanks for the great replies! Well now I just need to see if I can get a good deal.

The driver's side air dam or whatever is ripped off and there are a few screws missing from the felt on the passenger side. The dealer said he would fix it. (Almost every m3 used I have seen has had the aero in front ripped off ) And there was something weird with the inner lip of the front wheels. The finish seemed bad. The car is competition pkg.

Thanks again!

if the finished seem bad, then the wheel was either cracked and repaired or severely scuffed and repainted. take a picture and show us.

Yeah I should have taken a pic. Unfortunately I live an hour from the dealer.

The thing is that the car looked perfect underneath other than those issues with the wheels.

The leather interior looked straight from the factory with the new leather smell which was surprising. I wonder if the problem with the finish had to do with cheap repair for curb rash.

I dunno. I am close to buying but on the fence. The asking is 49k for e90 with 34-35k miles. Still warranty until 6/2014. Premium/tech/competition silverstone.

The interior is really immaculate. I know I am hijacking my own thread !

I wouldn't worry about the felt damage, it's been designed to be easily replaced and are about $66/piece from our sponsor getbmwparts.com

I just put an order in Friday!

You should just buy mine, Man. It is perfect and way nicer than the one at the dealer. I literally have never scraped that felt piece, curbed any wheels, or had anyone in the back seat (well, I have had people back there a couple times). Mine is like brand new with only 11k miles on it and warranty through November 2015!

Rear fold down seats at standard in e92. Optional in e90. Which I think is stupid and should be a standard feature in all cars.
