P65 Converted S65 Dyno runs & sound
Just came across this video of Howell engineering’s Dyno run in their Flat plane crank for the S65, making it into a P65! It sounds absolutely bonkers.
It made 490hp with 360 Lb-ft, which is up about 150hp compared to a normal S65 (dynos 340 on their exact Dyno) pretty good if you ask me! They also mentioned that they got another 15hp out of this, bringing the total number to 505hp. But it’s important to note this was at 7500rpm, so this is not peak power. Since it’s flat plane crank I’d expect it to make peak power at or near redline. So it should keep climbing a decent bit more I believe there’s is calibrated to more replicate WHP, which would mean you’d get about 500whp with it in your car Here is the link to the video: https://www.instagram.com/reel/C2UPj...k0YWprcHg2YQ== |

I’d love my e92 with a fpc! Curious how higher vibrations impact the base s65 and what other parts are needed. |

Phenomenal
Here’s the link to the thread that’s been following this engine build. Looks mean with the Karbonius CF plenum. https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1566145 Last edited by M3SQRD; 01-25-2024 at 01:47 PM.. |
