Is this going to require any dis-assembly of the dash?

Only reason I haven't retro fitted anything. I have a toddler I dont have the time to dis-assemble the dash. Give me something I plug in, it writes some BS to my ECU or whatever, and bam Android Auto.

Get a mr12volt. Installation: pull the dash trim off, unscrew a few screws, plug something into the back of the head unit, shove a box behind it and put it all back together. Oh and plug another something into the drive controller. Less than an hour and you’re done.

New version of Mr12volt doesn’t require connection to the idrive controller, install was super easy. Took me less than an hour and I was taking my time with it. Strongly recommend it!

Missed the part where I don't have the time to take apart the dash. I have a toddler......

Let the toddler install it. Back in my day…. I was installing 3-5 Mr.12Volts a day while supporting my whole household.

Must be nice. I have a toddler and a 1 y/o.

And take apart the dash is literally “pop off the big trim panel,” but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
