Just out of curiosity, I do understand you put in a lot of money and effort to the project, but does it really worth that much? It cannot be a true 1M.

Not trying to flame here... But let's just run the math...

Excellent BB value on this car is $19,603 to a private party bone-stock. For the sake of conversation lets just say that mods retain half of their value... Which to get up to the $55k asking price means half the value of your mods are $35397... So you're telling me you put $70k of mods on this car?

I'm hoping F22_M235i's comment is right that you accidentally put the mileage as your asking price.

Love the build either way. Free bump and GLWS OP.

Whoa lots of love here! Since everyone seems to be the expert on car values what should I list it for then? Realistically anyone with a true 1M would be crazy to modify in anyway if they want to retain any value of a limited production car. This is not a chopshop build and honestly has $35k worth of modification and performance parts. Plus a $20k valued car is how I came to $55k. I'm am definitely negotiable since I don't know the true value of what this car is worth since there's only a hand full of 1M conversions out there. I appreciate everyone's feedback both good and bad.. I hope this will help sell this car for a price that would be fair for me and the buyer. As for the trade a 4 door 2011 M3 manual sells between $35k to $45k depending on mileage so I honestly believe that would make a fair trade. Thoughts?

Bro its a 135... not a 1m... there is absolutely no chance in hell that anyone on a bmw forum will believe those mods are 35k and you're joking yourself if you think someone is going to pay full price for used mods on a used 135 with 55k miles. The car isn't worth 50k new, maybe if you dropped a new engine in it lmao. Just my 2 cents

As stated above....the mods pricing is where you are not being realistic. I would factor them around 45% value which would give you $15,750. Then take into account the "market value" of a clean 135i with this mileage. Check the forums and see what they are selling for. Add the 2 up and list the car. Or you can part it out and try to get your mod money back (IMHO.....not worth it) either way great looking car and best of luck with your sale............Phil

I took everyone's comments into effect and lowered my price. I also removed the trade offer and fixed the title so it's not unclear what I'm selling. Thanks for your help!

This car wouldn't sell for 30,000 even with all the mods. maybe 20k TOPS. Just my opinion to give the seller more perspective. When modding a car it doesn't mean anything. I put 50k in my old e92 m3 (wide body kit, Supercharger, etc etc) within an accumulation of 5 years of ownership. I sold the car for what it was worth. Imagine, selling an 2008 e92 with 108k miles for 80,000 dollars. who would buy it? NO ONE.

gLWS though to each their own.

thats the sad and honest truth.... your car is badass, but you should know that mods is your money spent for fun, you never get those back
