Buying an E92 M3. Price question/opinion

Hey everyone!

Im looking into buying a 2008 AW/BLK MANUAL E92 M3 with nav approx 62k miles.
The car had an accident in 2008 ( 2 months after purchase). Its not a "rebuilt" or "salvage" title according to Carfax. Just shows a claim.

It comes with OEM ZCP wheels, KW sleeves, Diffuser, lip and a full akrapovic exhaust.

How much should this car be worth??

I would say around $28k maybe $30k considering it has quality mods.
