Hey Dave,
Any word on when you will likely be here? I'm going to UK/France for January, but will work around you to make sure you can get to the car C

I'm looking at later in January, Chris S will be away too and I don't want to come over and miss catching up with him. I'll be fully loaded with X pipes and end user cables Should be great trip. If you want to do it early I can always send over the end user cable and go through it remotely. It's quite straight forward but we are looking forward to catching up with old and new friends

Will do... the test pipes I don't have a final cost on just yet but it will be a lot better than importing, the end user cable and tuning is all one cost (I buy the package from BPM sport) My time is my pleasure, it's not my day job so that's no cost. I can organise an air filter but would need to bring about 6 in to justify the import cost if anyone else is keen. I'm running the Macht Schnell S65B40 High Performance Air Filter which fits really well in the stock airbox. Mine is running with the Harrop SC and does give quite a bit more intake noise!

Don't forget me Dave! I'll get the tune installed whenever your ready. Maybe end of next week along with test pipes, we could do it all together at exhaust shop?

I will have full costings and photos next week. The delay was caused by our guy going on a cruise for the first time with his family and getting a serious virus , so he is recovering now. I'll be doing a test fit next week, the jig is done and will work out pricing next week. Once that's up I'll be able to take orders and get this going. The build will be done in a custom exhaust shop and the owner is the fabricator and has years of experience, so it will be a quality build. I expect pricing to come in well under any USA pricing and no BMW tax. If we can do something locally that's as good if not better than anything else it will be worth the effort. |
