I still have, but not been very motivated. None of the offers I got were enough to make me part with it. Part of the problem is because it is a lease the buyout process is a pain unless the deal is done at a dealership.

what about letting someone take over the lease?
otherwise, It shouldnt be difficult, there should be a buy out price similar to a payoff of a loan if you sell the car?

yeah but the i have to pay sales tax on the balance + an early termination fee. at this point i am fairly firm on price, and revisit next year. at which point since i would be turning in, there won't be an early term fee ($1400) which gives me more room on price.

I guess you dont have the lease with BMWFS? I didnt know they had a termination fee to buy out the lease. wierd.
if it is with BMWFS, why don't you let someone take over the lease?
