Alignment

I have a question....
I had 20 inch rims and bilstein coilovers on my car then had it aligned on a Hunter alingment machine.

I recently purchase some 19 inch wheels for the winter with slightly smaller width tyres.... do I need to get the car re-aligned??

Everything I have ever read indicates that you should not need an alignment when just switching wheels.

Only need alignment when adjusting the height of your vehicle. Changing wheels/offsets/wider tires, an alignment is not needed.

I was wondering, which specs actually change when you lower the car with just lowering springs?

Does anybody have the before and after numbers from their alignment after a spring install?
