What do you mean the rear isnt aggressive? I'm new to this stuff... are you talking about width of tire?

Holy crap, that looks like a pretty bad bump that guy hit, but still bad damage. What about the M6 reps on **********s (not the mira ones, the other ones)

Velocity Motoring wheels are replica wheels and there seem to be a whole lot of those running around the forums.

I'm going to be different and just say not everyone can drop the cash on a set of authentic LMs. Reps are fine as long as you understand the quality is lower and they aren't made to survive hard track days and big potholes.

With that said, if you have the money, authentic LMs are sweet.

Well, my thoughts are that for snow tires, why not replica? Who wants to buy nice rims and then subject them to winter abuse? I definitely wouldnt trust them on track.

Not that cast replicas of a 3 piece wheel are strong by any means, but your image is portraying a very different story from what actually happened. The guy mounted a curb at 45mph and the wheels were damaged in the crash. That would have damaged real LM's in a way that need replacing as well.

+1, give me any set of high quality forged monoblock or 3 piece wheels and I can show you catastrophic failure. very situational...
