She’s clearly instigating him on purpose with the intention of getting some good footage on her phone so she can get some views, comments and likes.

If she wouldn’t have had a recording device, she would have gotten out right away.

She was definitely instigating him and hoping he'd do something violent. She doesn't sound white so her motive was likely to start another media race war.

Any idea where this occurred? If this were in Florida, Arizona or other hot climate, he could just turn the ignition off and get out. She wouldn't be able to tolerate the heat very long and would need to get out. Then lock the doors, unlock just drivers door, get in, start it up, run her over and take her phone / recording device.

Yeah i cant imagine what she did to irritate the guy this much. She was clearly trying to push his buttons and can clearly tell where she was herself by looking outside the window.
