Textar Racing Fluid
I was planning on bringing in my car for a Castrol SRF flush before HPDE season and the shop recommended Textar DOT4 R 500. The dry boiling point is slightly lower but the wet one is significantly lower.
Does anyone have experience with this fluid in comparison? |

Looks like a fairly standard "race" fluid. The higher wet boiling point in SRF is of more value; dry boiling point only matters when the fluid is brand new. Stick with SRF.

I've had MANY lesser fluids boil on me, SRF or nothing for me now, worth the safety margin even if I am overdoing it with SRF.
