Wow, quite the journey. Keep an eye on that area and let us know if you find moisture again. I would be very interested to see where this is coming from since you have ruled out the normal issues.

Isn't the fuse box just in front of the heater coil. Our heater coils are known for leaking. Make sure that is not the issue. This again is leading back to the known early corrosion issues with the fuse box.
