Warning comes up with around 15L remaining so would be 12.5/100km ish. Wow you Canadians are clever with the throttle! Always use Vpower 99, never come close. Might be becasue my car just loves to rev!

Haha I'd die for 400km. I'd be elated if I got 330km before the light came on!

hmmm now you guys are having me worried that SOMETHING is wrong with my car for having such low consumption figures.
I always have it in "Power" mode as soon as it warmed up. I never really feather the throttle unless i am quite stuck in traffic... maybe i just dont rev her up as much as you guys do on a regular basis.

All highway, going around 120km/hr, the trip computer can show 10.2L/100km. The trip computer is consistently more optimistic by 0.8L/100km.
In 75% highway, 25% city, I average 12.4L/100km as per my mileage tracking app: Gascubby. I still redline the car occasionally and take off pretty fast from stop lights. I just drive smart by never using the brakes. I keep a decent distance from the car in front of me and the engine braking the the M3 is pretty strong so I hardly ever have to brake in city or highway. Braking is what kills mileage.

My measured fuel economy is lower than the display. I have kept track of every fillup and odometer mileage for the first year of ownership. I reset the trip computer from time to time, but I drive fairly consistently to work and back, about 10 miles on the Interstate and about 10 miles in the city. My calculated MPG from the odometer and pump is around 13.5 MPG (US) The trip odometer usually shows around 14.5, so it's about 1 mpg optimistic. The best mileage I ever got was on a long interstate trip. My calculated mileage was 19.6 and the computer showed 22.4. Worst was track time where I had to do some estimating and it looked like I got around 9-10 mpg. My air filter is clean, and changing it didn't affect my mileage. I thought I'd notice a difference between summer driving with the A/C and winter driving without but it isn't significant to show up.
