Another 335is thread
This one on pricing...
I saw a spec'd out 335is Convertible at the dealer. Looking at the sticker, talk about sticker shock....$69,900 (fully spec'd with navi, MDCT, Cold Weather, Premium, ipod, etc) who in their right mind would drop this kind of coin on this car? A totally stripped out M3 vert priced in at $70,125. |

This is just sad. 335is why . I threw around the thought of buying a preowned 335 before my M3 and after a computer flash, suspension work, wheels/rims, exhaust and some other minor things to make it handle, be just as fast and still have a warranty I was way over the M3 cost. So guess what I did.

$70K for a 3 series?
Never in a million years. That car will be worth $40K tops in 12 months and 8k miles later. Talk about taking a bath!!! Seriously, one would have to be, at a minimum, mildly retarded to pay that much money for that car. |

70k for an M3 is already a joke, not to mention the taxes, tags and other BS they probably tag on to it.
335is should be a 45-50k car, not a 55-65k car. BMW prices are basically cherry picking the financially inept people who lease. No person who is financing or buying outright in cash will pay this price. It's no wonder BMW loves to lease cars |

^i was talking about a 335is vert.
I agree with Nine, no wonder BMW love leasing, the initial lessees all pay through the nose for the initial sticker price. |

I hope I'm not thread crapping or deviating from the original... but, I came up with a $750/month lease payment for a 335is for 27 months... I don't think I can get under $1000 per month with an M3
