***Update*** Sale is back on as of 11/15/2012, just in time for Holiday gifts . Mileage is now 15,800 (less than 1,000 miles from original post) Still immaculate, still a great deal. First one to satisfy asking price wins! Hit me up with any questions!

Hello everyone,

I purchased a beautiful Alpine White w/ Fox Red (not extended) E90 w/DCT back earlier this year. My wife and I just decided to move to Colorado (live in So Cal) and I will not be taking this car with me. Great condition.

2010 in excellent condition, see photos below. 15k miles, received car with 12k miles. Purchased from a Toyota dealership in Southern California - original owner was a nurse who decided to go with a Prius... Have my paperwork from Newport Beach BMW that show everything is in great condition. Just took it in for an oil change and check up less than 500 miles ago. It is still under factory warranty and maintenance coverage for about another year or so. Asking $49,000. PM me with any questions.

In the side shot below, it shows the windows as tinted - THEY ARE NOT TINTED. I did this with Photoshop just to see what it would look like. I also Photoshopped the front orange reflectors off, but they are still there. Comes with Optional Black Grille. If anyone takes it, I will also include the full resolution version of the second-to-last photo - great for a print and hanging in the garage or office!

Looks nice, good luck with the sale.

And depending on where in CO you're moving it may still work with a set of snow tires.

Thanks! I plan on getting a 4x4 something. There are just too many dirt roads to explore!

If you are worried about the snow, it is NOT a problem at all.

I live in Montreal, QC, Canada where we get about 95 inches of snow per winter and NEVER had any problem driving the car in snow.

Regardless, Good luck with your sale!!

p.s. Denver, CO gets 53 inches of snow per winter (just to give you an idea to compare)

Thank you for the head's up, that is helpful. I am more on the side of wanting to be able to go off-roading on trails, etc.
