Two big thumbs up for Charlie@McKenna BMW

All that you heard about this guy is 100% accurate. Charlie is a stand up guy. He gets the job done and done correctly. Took my M3 in for a simple oil and brake fluid change but came out with that plus new wipers, diff fluid, trans fluid, spark plugs and a vehicle inspection that was due in 5 days, something I didn't even know about. He even kept it in the garage till I was able to pick it up so it didn't get any bird crap on it. I mean, WHO does that? Not any dealership I know of.

This is by far one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to getting my car serviced. Charlie did not give me any crap about any of my mods, unlike some dealers (Mon cough cough rovia cough). This is a mod friendly dealer, car came out clean and unwashed just like I asked. Charlie will not let you down, him and his team run a tight ship there.

Hahaha @ the wipers comment... Yeah a lot of other dealers tend to skip out on that, no clue why... I'd love to have new wiper blades every year... Guess other dealer SA's need to be on their game and read through the service sheet before writing up the vehicle.

Charlie is def one of the best service advisors in socal! Brought my car in for a peculiar issue that may or may not be resolved and Charlie was able to efficiently go out of his way and get the job done.He also tries his best automatically to get a loaner if they are available so 10/10 for Charlie,Thanks!

Another thumbs up for Charlie at Mckenna. My dash lit up like a Christmas tree with Airbag, DSC and DBC errors. I had a very important event the next day and needed to get my car in the shop and get a loaner ASAP. South Bay BMW (my closest dealer) could not get me in for a few days. I remembered that Charlie at McKenna was highly recommended on this forum. Called him up and he got me in, got me in to a loaner and on my way. The repair was completed the next day. As a fellow E92 M3 owner, he understands our needs and I will have no problem driving the extra 13 miles to take my car to him in the future. Thanks, Charlie!
