Driving R-Comps to Track?

I just drive 450 miles round trip on some R6s...they were actually quite nice! Not that noisy and didn't tramline that much.

I went ahead and bought a extra wheel and tire just in case.

I used to drive my e46 M3 to the track on r-comps. I always brought extra wheels/tires with me to the track just in case I'd get a flat on the road or track - smart move

If you want to be really quick try the Hoosiers they are superb. If you want a tire you can leave on your car on the road and do track sessions try Falcon RT615k. You wont regret it. I have tried many and these are a super all rounder and they are quiet, last long and not bad in the wet.
