It's a HPF Stage Gazillion! Seriously, I'm not too sure. For the E92 M3, the sizes are 305/30 for the rear and I believe 255/45 for the front.

im in a huge debate between 19 vs 20 inch wheels...this makes me think 19's are golden
the tire to fender gap looks good....and ground clearance looks decent all around too

I'm not exactly sure what Gabriel used for his e92 but I can tell you that H&R Sport Springs will give a very similar drop. Here are some more pictures of those wheels when they were sitting here at our shop!







Specs are:

F: 19 x 9.5 32ET; 255/35/19 Nitto Invo
R: 19 x 11.0 25ET; 305/30/19 Nitto Invo

I don't believe Gabriel has had any rubbing but a good alignment will help greatly in any case.
