I have to say THANK YOU to R's Tuning!

They helped me out on numerous occasions, and I also have Ricky's phone number... so he gets quite a number of questions etc from me
But he responds at all hours of the night!

I've had them fix and install numerous parts, and Leo, the lead tech, has always explained in detail what's going on etc. Leo is seriously a magician!
I also have to appreciate that they work LATE.
I had an issue and I needed help... it was around 8?9pm?
I texted Ricky, he said he'll be back from diner soon and he can help me out.
Now THAT is customer service!

I wanted to get my Endless pads installed before AutoClub, so he made time for me Friday late evening!
Since I'm about 80 miles away (one way), and traffic is a nightmare, it's really helpful that he allows me to go in so late.

Ricky also ordred me my Endless Pads and they came quickly!
