Mother of Mercy 15 months of delays finally my Bastard M3

Son of a Biscuit Eater delay after delay and

I think I have to be the last of the longest waiting on a 2008 M3 on this M3post.

My whole encounter of getting my M3 was and still is full of delays all the way down to the registration of the vehicle. I will try and keep this short and to the point. I ordered my M3 May 2007 Military car sales

( they made me a red headed step child and 50% of my pain and delay) oh you do get a nice discount at a pain in the ass stressful price on your nerves

Next there was BMW AG

the other 50% of my problems on the road to productions 19 inch rim

delay, extened leather

delay, they get around to producing military cars sales BMW's when ever they get around to it

My M3 was suppose to get produced 14 April 08 two days before it goes into production I get

back 2 months there was no e-mail from military car sales saying we are sorry or anything. Just a e-mail saying your new production date is 16 June 08. Two days before my M3 goes into production My CA Jumps ship and quit his job. Then I get a New CA and during the last day of my M3 production the new CA takes a two week vacation and leaves no one reliable to take care of my car once it was done with production. On 20 June military car sales sat on my paperwork to ship my car until 16 July (them bastards

)
Finally M3 is out of military car sales hands

and on a ship it arrives on 5 Aug and have to wait 2-3 days to clear customs small delay. It just cleared customs today 8 Aug. and I am suppose to have state tags in hand to put on the car. Guess what...... another delay tag and title office don't want a original certified copy of certificate of orgin (vehicle title)

they want the original the copy that goes to your bank if you finance the car in which I did. I call up my bank guess what they don't have the original title yet. I don't have it and the shipping company don't have it

. Military car sales is still holding on to it

and say it will take 6 to 8 weeks before the bank will get it. WTF

well after talking some common sense into the people they sent it off on 7 Aug. from Germany mailed UPS and it will arrive on 9 Aug Sat tag and titile place is closed I will have to wait until Monday... oh I almost for got the tag and title place is 5 1/2 hrs from the port and they want the original custom paperwork to. Good thing the custom people hooked me up they gave me the custom paperwork and check with the state police and the tag and reg people in their county and they told me since I am military just take my M3 from the port and drive the car back 5 1/2 hours to the tag and title place and get my tags on Monday and not make a double 5 1/2 hour trip

Well sorry for the long story but it had to be told I am glad I finally have my M3.

This goes out to everyone on the M3post I want to say thank you and this site have made me really smart and I learned allot and everyone stayed together and stop some people like myself from going cazy until they got their M3

I also want to show some special love for the ones that made or continue to make my delay painful as possible and here is my thanks to them :finger: those no good rat tail and rat soup eatting little bastards. Now for all the M3post people. Here are some pics......

I will just as soon as I get a State tag and head back home to Texas I'm actually in Georgia now. I picked up my M3 up at the Port in Brunswick, Ga. Oh and by the way some bastard needed my Ipod cable to my M3 more than me it is missing. The USB cable was in the trunk Ipod cable missing in action

I did not notice this at the port I was just to busy trying to hurry and get the car out of the port with no delay there

I will post pics with Hamann mods for sure, I have to get tags on the car first I am still stuck in Georgia, then I have to drive it back home about 14hrs to Texas
