Mods: False ratings

So, a user caller Hawk910 left me a false itrader rating because he was incensed at me pointing out his false statements in his FS thread. I created a thread in that section but it was closed, somebody please fix his rating because i cannot take kindly to being falsely called a "scammer".

I also think there should be a system where ratings are verified before being awarded. It will save people a lot of hassle when dealing with some clowns who have no allegiance to the community and only come here to fulfill their agenda.
