Considering buying an 03 330XI. Anything I should be worried about?

I found an 03 BMW 330XI with 119000 miles for $10900. I've always lusted after a BMW, and my cheap beater dodge stratus that I paid $500 for decided not to start.

I'll be honest, I'm sort of a cheap a**. I've never bought a car on loan before because I'm too cheap and never wanted to pay 8-10% in interest on something that will depreciate pretty dang fast.

So here are my questions

1) Have any of you owned the 03 330XI, and what do you think about it?
2) What kind of maintenance issues did you have? Is there some kind of running theme?
3) How much should I anticipate this depreciating? Private Party value is about 10K according to consumer reports.
