where do i get that black/gun metal looking OEM rims?
is it from the dealership?

They may be part of the "Individual" program.

You could always get them powder coated too.

so, can you get it at the dealership?

b/c i have warranty for my wheels, so i don't want them to say it is avoided due to coloring it at somewhere else.

That's the "M3 edition" wheels. I haven't seen them for sale but you could try calling Tischer (getbmwparts dot com). There are other vendors that might be able to get them if Tischer can't -- IND, WheelSTO, etc. Look in the vendor area of the forum.
