What upgrades do I need after a Supercharger???

Im thinking about adding a Supercharger..stage1 or stage2 probably...between 500-700hp depending on the brand.

What NEEDED mods/upgrades will I need after the SC is installed? Clutch...brakes...spoiler....lip diffuser...suspension upgrades?
I wont be tracking the car...just a Dailey Driver...driven hard at times.
Not sure if it makes a difference but it will be for a E93 (convertible)

thanks

None of those items are REQUIRED! Exhaust, depending on the kit could be required....most certainly recommended to get the full potential of the kit.

Brakes, suspension, clutch.....No.

Hello,

On our level one kit you can run completely stock if you wish but you will see some increased hp gains with an exhaust system. With our level 2 640 kit an exhaust is seriously recommended due to the extra flow and heat. Some good tires might be a good idea to get the extra power to the ground where you want it.

Other than that there is not much else you need to do besides hold on.

If you have any specific questions regarding any of our kits please let me know.

I think the stock brakes are good enough for the street, if you track a lot it's an other story though. But tires for sure need to be upgraded!

What tires would be good? Any recommendation from past experiences?

I personally like super sports for daily but it depends on what you will be using them for and how long you want the tire to last.

they would be for street use...and would have to last from March-November...so about 10,000 miles.

Hehe.
Buddy of mine just installed ess550. No other mods. He wants to keep the car looking stock. the power delivery is at high rpm so regular driving holds a stock feel until its opened up. No additional upgrades necessary. But to maximize your gains xpipe with hfc is always recommended. With certain kits required.

I believe the only other bottleneck for power is the primary cats after a supercharger kit. I ordered a pair of ACM test pipes for my car to pair up with the supercharger. My car is completely stock otherwise. I am not really tracking the car so I don't plan on brake or suspension upgrades (unless I can steal them).

They should last more than that just as long as you aren't lighting them up to often.

The cheaper route would be Hankook v12's which aren't to bad but they have some slight roll in the corners.

Re11's are very sticky but only last about 8k miles if you are nice to them.

Thanks Philip. Will definitely look into these tires. I would like to keep the stock wheels (220M), so I have some research to do regarding how wide I can go.
