Does Michelin EVER plan to come out with a 285/30/19 PSS tire?

Figured by now they would have created this....disappointing as I love the PSS 275/35/19's I have in the rear but think it would look better with a 285/30...

I wish they did too. Still on 220 wheels and the 285/30 is all that will fit.

The PSS's run a little wider the 275 will be a 285 in other brands.

Have not seen that announced as a part # from Michelin. I would figure it's out of the question for 2012. Some time around 1st quarter of 2013 they should announce any additions to the lineup that are upcoming. No guarantee of what they'll do though.

will there be rubbing being lowered on B&G's on 295/30's in the rear? also wouldn't the DSC be affected by running 40 difference between front and rear (255 vs 295) compared to the stock 20 difference?

So you are running 265/30's and 295/30's on stock ZCP wheels? Also, I'm assuming you can't be running spacers with this setup+drop....is that true? How flush with these tire sizes on these wheels, do the wheels come to the fenders?

If you are going to do the 295 rear then do the 275 front. That will keep the balance correct. This is what my buddie runs and with a 5mm in the back it rubs lowered, no spacer no rub. He runs a 10mm in the front and no rub. This is on zcp.

is a 265 or 275 even a good fit on a 9" wheel?

Its not optimum, but it is in the range of approved rim widths. I would prefer to see a 9.5" wide front for a 275, but having seen a 275/30/19 on the front of a ZCP car myself it didin't look bulged at all.

No spacers and I'm on ZCP suspension. There's still room for a drop but not with spacers. And I wouldn't put a 275 on that wheel. Here's my thread after the install......Phil

Slightly off topic but I have 245/35 and 295/30 with no DSC issues. I plan on 265/30 fronts on the next swap.

Do you notice increased understeer with a 50mm stagger in width?

Honestly, still way better than stock, but the car loves to understeer now vs oversteer lol. Pushing out the back is only possible on sharp, low speed turns.
