Park Ave BMW

Hi All - I've searched the forums about Service Quality for M3s at NY/NJ BMW service centers and I haven't really found anything on Park Ave. BMW. Does anyone use them and have any comments on whether they take care of the Ms (i.e. don't test drive, good service under warranty, etc.)???

Where in NJ are you based out of?

I'd go to Prestige BMW in Ramsey NJ. Everyone will suggest them first.

I use another dealer closer to my home, but I've met with the GM of Park Ave. for BMWCCA business.

They're very proud of their new service facility and anxious to show people what a good job they do. The GM seems like a straight shooter and they'll be hosting a club meeting early next year. Give them a try at let us know how they do.

I got a flat tire and was towed to there service center since it was closest to me. It turns out my rim had a decent bend in it and they never said a word. Slapped a new tire on, charged me over $400 bucks. I think it's crappy that they didn't say anything considering it was a safety issue.
