Service Needed..... Looking for advise!!!!

I am looking for a good dealership for service. I am about to hit 10k miles and just earlier today received an email from the dealer stating "BMW has sent them a signal that it is currently due for service. " Will the dealer hassle me on my mods when going in for service? (exhaust, x-pipe, suspension, air filter, carbon trunk?) I am currently leasing the car and also wanted to know if this will affect me when my lease is up?
Thanks in advance!!

i went to new century in alhambra twice for service. My car is modded and i've seen a few modded cars there as well, i don't think they care too much about it.
