Indeed a , but to answer your question:
The M3 has been launched in Europe back in September, other countries followed. U.S. launch is in spring. Best regards, south |

It came out in Europe a few months ago.
Depends when you order it, if you order it now it will take from now until Feb - March then about another month for the car to shipped to the states.

Dude, first, you should read through this forum more. Second, what makes you think you will get one anytime soon? I put 3,000 deposit in June...that got me number 6 on the Superior MSP wait list. You will probably be looking at January 09 at the earliest is my guess. MIL sales will not be allocated endless amounts of the cars. I wish you luck anyway.

If you will be back in October 09 i think your chances of picking up a M3 is quite good, you can probably walk into your dealer and order one or they might have one in inventory that you can just buy right away.

Read the posts more carefully...
Hes stationed in Baghdad, he will be coming back to the United States in Oct 09 for R&R. He hopes to buy a M3 during that time.

Being stationed in Baghdad, he has the Military Sales option. If he chooses not to use it, that'd be his mistake.

Umm, yes and no. I was stationed in Baghdad for two years. They have ample time to read the forums and internet access. One thing about Iraq, especialy Baghdad is, the logisitcs support is awesome. Dangerous yes, but if you get your ass killed over there, good chance you will die with steak, lobster, and strawberry cheesecake in your gut Anyone who tells you different is jerking your chain. Yes, some days you are on MRE's and camp out, but you always get back to base where the chow is good and the PX is like Wal Mart.

Get some rest and get back on the net and do your research...and don't let your squad leader hear your belly aching...you know what happens then. Seriously, chill out, I'm on your side
