Um, but...

It is no doubt a techincal and performance tour de force...

But visually, it looks a bit tarted up. And it lacks overall cohesion. The vents, front and rear fascias don't at all commuicate the same design.

This M, the proportions are fantastic, but overall details are, well, a bit Japanese. Just like the visual treatment and integration of exhaust pipes on 07 e90/e92s (look at the rear of a TSX).

I believe, and the aftermarket may prove this, that front end treatment is really crass from dead on.

My gosh, I will certainly love this M for what is can do, but as for making my knees buckle visually...not there. Aston's V8, Maser's Quattroporte, Audi R8, Merc's CLS, and the last M3's brute-in-a-saville row suit...they are better realized designs. Better resolved.

This is my first post. And thanks your time.

(oh, I drive a 335i sedan).

Cheers.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't need viagra when I look at this car; it works for me all on its own. I love it. I want one. I'm giving up my aspirations for a Z06 for the time being. Of course the $15K savings will be nice too.

For all you BMW marketing research types viewing this forum; build the concept and keep it pure!!
