Price check on '10 M3. Have to decide ASAP

'10 e92 M3 Mebourne/Black
44K mikes; DCT, Tech, Premium, Enhanced premium sound, heated seats, PDC, carbon leather trim, Carbon roof, Sirius, Ipod/USB, Smartphone. Original owner also bought optional 19 inch OEM wheels at time of purchase

1 owner, off lease. All maintenance records are up to date. Clean PPI; No accidents, dents. Front brake pads 10mm, Rear pads 9 mm. Nearly new tires. OEM warranty ends 03/21/2014. So about a year time on OEM warranty, but only 6K miles left.

Selling price : $39,500 + TTL. Will not come down any lower.

Need to decide ASAP! Please help.

Sounds ok. 2008 models seem be going for 35000 to 38000 with a higher mileage.
But price is very subjective. One owner cars with existing warranty tend to be well maintained, and if the car has not been modded then it's safe to assume it has not been abused. Test drive another one at a local dealer and do a comparison

That's almost suspiciously cheap and it's from a dealer? I assume it's NOT a BMW dealer? Who did the PPI? a known bmw shop i hope

I just sold my 08 privately, granted with 11k less miles, for more than that!

Agree with this, seems fishy. If nothing wrong that is a screaming deal.

I think it's a decent deal, not suspicious at all considering it does have 44k miles.

Looking at the pictures it does seem to be a BMW dealer...although there is a GTR looming in the back of one of the pics

This is a fair deal, last year (feb) I bought a loaded 08 e90 without cold weather for 39k with 21,000 miles and got my ppi done at a bmw dealer. Utilizing patience and not just looking locally always pays off
