new member (long time lurker) looking for the same except with DCT. I've come across a 2011.75 loaded e90 for $53k b/4 taxes from friend of a friend. The car has low 20s mileage but has three years of warranty left (and I don't drive more than 8k year). Trying to figure out if it is a good deal!!!???

I'll be putting up my 2011 E92 M3 up for sale in the next few weeks. It's basically fully loaded (DCT, Navi, Carbon Roof, Comp Package, Comfort Package, etc) with about 28k miles and Apline white with black interior. Price will be in the low $50s.

Dealers will probably only give you mid 40s on a trade. What condition are your tires? When was car placed in service? Car condition?

Yeah, I'm not trading it in. I'll be buying a GT3 in the next week or two so the M will go up for sale when the GT3 arrives. I changed out the tires when the car had about 15k miles so the tires have about 40-50% tread left. The car is in great condition other than two small blemishes (I'll see if my detail guy can remove one of them). I'm the second owner...purchased the car with about 7,500 miles on it back in April 2011 (I believe that it was purchased in July/Aug 2010). I'll post it up for sale in the next few weeks.

Also if it's stock kbb private value is about 49k for a 2011 with 28k miles

I'm getting a value that's a bit higher...around $52k (probably due to the Southern California location). I also have minor mods like full ceramic tint, lojack, M3 carpeted floor and trunk mats, Factory BMW alarm, AW front side markets, and CF grills (side and front). I'll have pictures up in the next week or two.
