Nail in tire = Scratched Fender
So, I heard a scrapping sound every time I hit a bump on the road. It turned out that I had a nail in the sidewall! Not sure if it was because of construction nearby or someone did it, but it sure did a number on my fender.
I posted this in the cometic maintenance sub because I wanted to get your opinion on how to approach repairing this relatively minor paintwork. So, should I do this professionally? I never used touch up paint, but I guess this area is too large for it? Or should I just suck it up. Lol. As for the tire, good thing I got tire warranty. |

Yeah, just to show you how far you park, someone out there is eager enough to dish out some nuisance (that is if someone did it)
Hopefully, this paint job isn't going to cost much. Any DIY suggestions out there? |

A proper polishing would get most of it out. Definitely a 70-80% result is possible

That sucks try polishing it out first. You may be good after that if it only surface scratches. |
