seat sounds like a mattress w/ worn springs..
Any pressure applied to the seat back cushion causes the sound of springs like those in an old mattress. Everytime i move or accelerate I hear it. Anyone have the same problem or know what's up with the seats?

It's not the seat track for sure.... i folded the seat forward and pushed on the cushion without applying pressure to the seat tracks and it definitely is something inside the cushion.

its not the hinge. you can support the back of the seat with one hand and push the cushion with the other hand. That way there will be no pressure on the seat track or the hinge. It still makes the noise which means its something inside the seat cushion.

I had this problem with my E46 - a spring or connecting wire had come loose causing a lot of noise. They removed the seat cover and tightened it all up and never had any recurring problems.
