has anyone else had issues with the hid kit Alex sells? I have had intermittent loss of halos, days where the halos work perfectly and days when one side is only working. So finally months ago my left side halo finally gave out, upon inspection, the kit Alex installed has a fuse, and that fuse was badly melted. Changed the fuse and still that side doesnt work, now sourcing to maybe a bad ballast.. Im pretty disappointed because i have been dealing with this intermittent issue for couple years and now this!

Wanted to thank Alex for his time. I didn't do a good job reading his emails and made a couple mistakes. This led to a longer than usual install time for my DCT Tune and coding. Nonetheless he stuck with me, put in extra time and completed the tune. The tune feels great and I I'm thankful for his efforts!

I just wanted to add my positive experience to the list.

My "new" 2013 M3 did not come equipped with Satellite Radio (I was shocked when
I noticed it wasn't on the radio lineup. I like to listen to talk radio and news sometimes,
so that was a bummer. My BMW stealership wanted $650, yes $650 to activate it.
Enter Alex at Alpine MS. For a fraction of that price he enabled my Satellite Radio, told
me how to get a 1 year free subscription, coded DVD-IN-MOTION and got rid of that pesky
iDrive "ACCEPT" message on start up.

I'm stupid when it comes to computers and Alex made it so easy, talking me through
each step over text message on my phone. Since I didn't need the cable that connects
the car to my laptop I was able to return that for a refund as well!

Alex gets my highest recommendation.

I've been running his ECU and TCU tune for about 6 months now and have nothing but great things to say. He makes sure you are taken care of.

Check out his new burble option if you have his ECU tune.

Hey Alex,

How often do you update your software? For instance when new DME updates are released? Or if new features are introduced? Bought a tune and I'm loving it.

I just wanted to reiterate what everyone else has said.

Alex is a champion and the work he does is spot on. The price he charges is actually a joke. Probably the best value of anything you can do to your car.
