Need Part # for US REAR VIEW MIRROR with Garage opener

For some dumb reason, Canadian M3s dont have the homelink equipped mirror.

Im considering buying a whole new mirror from the US, that comes with the homelink buttons under the mirror.
does anyone have a part #?

The part number is 51 16 9 151 852.
If you do replace it remember that you remove the old mirror by knocking it forward (ie towards the front of the car) and NOT by rotating the mount. That is how it would come out in an accident. If you do try rotating the mount it might become loose and rattle when refitted.
However, you install the new mirror by rotating it in the mount until it clicks into place.

Circle BMW list one with a different part number for the e90 at $420 (US).
It includes a compass and Homelink and the number is 51 9 50 421 325.
However, that number is not in my ETK (parts catalog) so I don't know anything more about it. There are are surprisingly large number of interior mirrors available depending on the options your car has.

I did not order Prem. package, but would also line the mirror with door opener built into it. But even at $420 (let alone $1,000) it is a bit steap for a fricken mirror! Hmmmm. I think I will just use my clicker remote for a while!
