E91 (wagon) owners with factory ALARM?

Are there any Wagon owners out there who have an alarm or have stumbled across an accessories catalog with an alarm part #?

I took delivery in November and was promised an alarm, but have yet to see a specific part #. For those of you who don't know, the e91 (wagon) alarm is a completely different part # than the e90 (sedan) alarm.

Thx in advance.

I also wanted the alarm installed before we took delivery, and had planned accordingly. At the last minute they said it was a different part and not available yet.

They called us a few weeks ago and said they had the alarm, and we scheduled an appointment to install it. They had the car all day long, performed some sort of computer update (didn't say what) and gave us the car back with no alarm. They said "sorry, it was the wrong one". Dipshits.

Apparently, they have ordered the part from Germany for us. We'll see. If we do actually get it, I'll get the part number for you.

Thanks for the tip about the alarm being a different part from the E90 one. I called my dealer today and he was not able to immediately access the part # for the E91 alarm kit, but he is awaiting a response from BMW Canada. As soon as I hear, I will check back with you guys on this thread.

As an aside - when thinking about BMW add-ons/accessories. If you have them installed as part of the deal - meaning you have the stuff you want ready to go and have it installed by your BMW center included in the buy package - those add-ons/accessories carry the same 4 year warranty as your vehicle carries. If you do the work later - you are protected by any warranty that particular part carries.

Cobradac or anyone that can assist,

Forgive me if I am mistaken, but I thought the part # for the e90 (sedan) Alarm is: 65120403658 according to the 3 Series accessories catalog. Listed for $300.

Are you listing the individual parts that make up the anti-theft alarm package? because i do notice a few similar part numbers between the e90 and e91.

Please note the retrofit kit contains a lot more than those parts listed above, including the retrofit wiring required
