Love it. Considering the Boxster S has won design of the year and now this car is just as good!

Predictable but looks great IMO. Rear lights/integrated spoiler is best feature for me because current model looks very lazy from rear end.

Drop dead gorgeous and arguably worth the price. Be prepared for sticker shock with some minor options though. Porsche makes folks pay for options that are the most standard of features on other brands.

Meh, looks too much like the Panamera front and back.

Style wise, the new 911 blows it away.

Agree the new 991 still takes top honors, but few cars match the flow, agressiveness and class of the new 991.

Very much so...and I used to own a previous generation.

In some of the other pics it reminds me of my friends 599 GTB, but only the front quarter panel to the air intake on the side and of course the Carrera GT.

What Porsche really needs to do is scrap the Cayman and bring back a modern 944 Turbo car.

Yeah, who'd want a better handling, better packaged car that actually sells? Did you take a handful of Crazy Pills this morning?

Are you kidding me? The 944 didn't sell? The only reason it isn't around today is because Porsche screwed it up by trying to evolve it into the 968.

The 944 is one of the best handling cars you can get. I owned a 944T and can tell you the handling and cornering is amazing, even compared to today's standards and the 944 is almost 30 years old.

Porsche needs to bring back two things:

1. Modern evolution of the 944, with a twin turbo, 3.0 liter, 4 banger. 2,800 - 2,900 lbs.

2. New 928, with the same "mid engine" (but in the front) layout as the Merc SLS, V8 goodness with POP UP HEADLIGHTS.

Never mind with this Cayman stuff.

I agree with you, but I don't agree that Porsche has to scrap the Cayman. They have to scrap the 911, or give 911 badge and engines to Cayman.

Dream Porsche would some mid-front supercar with NA flat-8.

It looks 1,000x better in grey than in yellow: http://jalopnik.com/5964051/2014-por...xy-little-minx

The yellow hides the lines on the door leading to the intake, which makes it look like the last gen. The grey shows the lines better, which makes it look much better.

I added a few options and the price hikes. It's much nicer than the previous "hunchback" cayman. It's definitely my candidate in the next few years.
