Has anyone with oem exhaust upgraded their tips?

Just curious if anyone has changed their factory exhaust tips to something different. Post some pics if you have them!

I'd suggest that you check out Cyba's tip.

Yea I've seen them. They are basically painted oem tips. Same size and style. I was thinking of going a little bigger like 3.5". Just wanted to get any idea of what this may look like or see what else people have done and what was involved.

Bear in mind that there is only a 10mm gap between the oem tips. That means that if you fit new tips that are 10mm bigger, they will be touching.

To do the job properly you would need eccentric tips.

if the tips are 10mm apart a tip that is 5mm bigger will touch because each close the gap by half. if they were 10mm larger each they would overlap by 5mm and not fit.

WOW, good job, that and the OEM exhaust mod is the way to go IMO since putting an aftermarket exhaust does'nt give any hp, no need to pay big money for that!

edit: too late for me tough, already have my Corsa exhaust, I like it a lot but would've prefer the money in my pocket!

Did they have to custom cut/make these for you or were these off the shelf tips they simply welded on?
