Differential heat sink leak

Noticed fluid dripping from differential and upon closer inspection i found that bolts holding heatsink was so loose i could turn them with my hand...

How could this happen? 2011 M3 20k miles no tracking or abusing not that it would matter, but because "race car" i would never expected this.

As a rule I check my differential during every oil change. The LSD coupled with the questionable mount points is concerning. Especially if you drive agressively.
