Manual for hands free bluetooth
Hello everyone,
Just purchased our first BMW. We bought a 2006 X5 and it does not have the manual for the hands free Bluetooth. Does anyone have a PDF or can they explain how to hook it up? Thanks for the Help |

pass key should be entered into your phone and then into the car (at least thats how I paired my iphone to my x5)
0000 is pretty standard

The phone supported list on bmwusa.com seems very thin. Anyone know how recently/often it gets updated? Are those the ONLY phones the new 2010s will download phonebook? I have a Verizon Blackberry Storm (1st version with latest approved OS update). It does not seem to have the feature that will allow the phone to push the entire phonebook so had to manually load voicedial numbers into my Infiniti. BMW dealer/salesman told me it would be no problem (holding up his AT&T/Cingular Blackberry) but I cannot confirm this anywhere for my blackberry. Anyone?
BTW, my X5 is due complete tomorrow at Spartanburg so I don't have it yet to try. |
