DHL lost one of my wheels, but at least..

I have 3 of them! ..took 2 quick snaps while moving them in the house for storage, and yes that's our basements washroom..no one ever uses it

Neez Eurocross Super 19" in hyperblack...it seems like they lost 1 of my fronts...
will weigh them for the database as soon as I get time...

big thanks to Eugene for these =D

updated pics: I moved it to the proper storage room now that I have all 4 in possession
i didn't realize how much bigger the lip of the rear wheel was till now

Damn sexy (and well built) wheel.

Good luck finding that last wheel.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

Beautiful wheels! I love the hyperblack, wish I'd ordered my RAC's in hyperblack instead of brilliant silver

Picked up the other wheel today... I must say, while I was a bit worried..DHL came through, they has been helpful, and in contact the whole way...
Eugene has been helpful too, even though he's away on a business trip!
so the one that went missing was 1 of my rears...surprisingly the rears felt lighter than the fronts

Hey Bro

enjoy the wheels, The design of the wheels because it is more lip that is the reason why the rear wheels feel lighter then the front. And because NEEZ wheels are cold forged they can really stretch the metal to be thin thus the wheels are lighter.

Most wheels out there are just forged NOT cold forged. Also many wheels cmpare how light they car but a full comparison is required.

same offset , same size in width and diameter is required.

the only other company I think besides NEEZ using the cold forged wheels is RAYS but only the Volks series.

anyways just some information. you will love the rims. oh buy the way your car will feel faster aswell.

I shipped some wheels via DHL a few years ago and they lost one too! I dont get how one gets separated, especially when its so obvious that 4 wheels go together.

i'm sure it's not isolated to DHL, I mean any logistic company can make mistakes like this..especially if they are an international company with so many pieces...not that I think it's acceptable ...but I'm not surprised the leaast bit..hopefully they'll start using RFID tags in the future to save some headaches
the stupidest thing I found from this whole incident was that, my local depot doesn't have a contact #...even customer service said they have a direct forward line but no # to call them...
