e92 M3 operation oil pressures
I just installed an oil pressure gauge and am curious to see if it's working properly. What kind of pressures should I be seeing when at idle and at full throttle?

Idk if this will relate as they are totally different cars, but in my Nismo 350z that I had, with the factory OIL PSI guage, when it is idling (warmed up) it was around 35-40PSI. At full throttle it was above 120 PSI, though I am sure with the 8500 rpm redline, that it is probably higher than that (maybe 160 PSI?)

Cant answer your question ,so this could either be slightly interesting or completely pointless depending on your point of view, but my caterham 7 when warmed up at idle has pressure around the 30-35psi range, and when revving, has pressure around 60-75psi
