No the numbers quoted are all at MSRP no markups.

To be fair the M5/M6 #'s are with mark downs from MSRP but for the M3 the #'s are all sticker.

Hey there,

Where did you find a M5 13k below the MSRP? There is not even that much markup to cover that discount they are giving you. Thanks in advance.

Which is a lot better than the M3 numbers.

I am getting a 24 month/10k mile lease with MSDs on a $68,500 M3 Sedan.

Payment (without taxes) is $1135.

Might put a few grand down to just have it at the $1000 number for the sake of posterity.

C63 is cheaper, but their money factor is a lot worse so it all comes out even it seems. Plus I was disappointed in the lack of options on the vehicle and the cheapish interior.

The S5 is a viable competition still....it's a beautiful car, but less practical than a sedan of course.

Since the S5 does not fill the practicality he is looking for, I doubt a Porsche would fit

Yeah, Caymans go for way less than $1135/mo.

C'mon now. They're not astronomically priced.

Even a new base 911 could go for $1350/mo.

Get one slightly used(less than 6k miles) and you could save tons.

They've been making the 997 since MY07 so you could save LOTS.

For the money, I'd go w/ the 08 M6.

The S5 is not a viable competitor at all- the E92 335i is the competitor to the S5. An M3 or a C63 will annhilate the S5. The S5 is damn gorgeous though...

Yea the M6 Coupe is hot- and for the money I think it's starting to look alot more attractive. I drove my uncle's M6 Vert all weekend and it's a freakin monster- the noise that engine makes is the stuff of dreams...

Totally agree...I wasn't comparing for performance...but the S5 looks absolutely stunning IMO. But I would have M3 envy! Unlike if I had the M3...I would just admire it

Mantis--is this MF still correct? Or will it stay at .00245?

The money factor they use for MSDs is .00216. That's if you use the full (7)MSDs.

Would the Money Factor lower for the M3 as well? I will probably be ordering sometime this month or I could wait till the first week of April....if the rates will drop and I will save money! Anyone know?

Which means the lease would have been like 1100 a month + tax if it was a manual (cuz not only does the tip cost more, the the residual on a tip is one or two points less because nobody wants one).

Could you PM me the dealer because I have been looking for a deal like that for a while... thanks.
