Finally got a Production Number.

After 1 and half months of trying to do deals with several dealers across the country, I bit the bullet and went with one that was a little more expensive but had a build allocation.
Daniel at Number One Leasing had the best price and most patience with me but could not get me an allocation. ( Daniel Had a couple cars on the ground, jet black and space gray if anyone wants a unbelievable deal PM me for his details)
Props to Checa at Steve Thomas for trying to help but could not give me allocation yet.
I ended up going with my local dealer who had an allocation but was about $1200 more.

Build:
Alpine White
Black Novillo
Carbon Leather Trim

Competition Pkg
Premium Pkg

M-DCT
Apps
Sat
Enhanced Premium Sound

AND LAST BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST..... PCD!

The wait starts.....

Congrats!

Fair warning though, PCD looks to be adding about 3-4 weeks to cycle. I got my hopes up that it would fall closer to 4-5 weeks after production end but mine is falling a full 8 weeks after estimated completion...

The wait will def be worth it, but waiting 2 weeks after I know it arrives at Charleston port will drive me nuts....time to schedule a work trip for that week

Yeah, I feel like they should give M buyers some priority but also sure they strategically want some customer M's occupying the Performance Center showroom to entice driving school participants and others picking up cars to follow in our foot steps.

Not sure it adds any time, in fact, it may be about even. My non-PCD delivery M3 is going to take around 80 days from date ordered to delivery date. My wife's 535 is going to be 66 days from date ordered until PCD dellivery. My M3 completed production 3/13 and I'm expecting delivery in early May. The wife's 535 completed production on 4/10 and have PCD delivery scheduled for 6/6.

I was surprised to receive a PCD date within a week after ordering the car (which is just about 2 weeks ago now - May 6 completion for me). Is it pretty variable when that date is assigned?

Hi qwickag, I have also been looking around for a few weeks now...I am looking to lease a new m3 space gray on black with premium package, competition package, heated front seats, dct, bmw apps, and satellite radio. MSRP is 75,595.
Any recommendations? PM if you can.

Seems to vary...for me I ordered March 1, production start April 7, PCD date April 8, production complete April 23, at port of exit April 30 awaiting vessel

PCD June 25 (first offered 21st, but had to delay)
