South Fla remaining inventory 2010's

For all you guys in South Fla interested in snatching up a 2010 before they are gone, South Motors in Miami has 13 cars left. They have 3 E93's, 1 E90 and the rest are E92's. I was there looking at a 328 for my sister. They even have an 09 E92 with less than 100 miles on it. He said they were using it as a demo. He says whatever is left by the end of next month, they will be willing to discount because the 2011's will be in not too long after that. However prepare to come in with your own financing, he says the lease rates on the M3 are still terrible, and the financing for M3's is currently at 5.9% !! Maybe they'll get more aggressive with the rates in the coming months.
