Well didn't get my replacement spacers and nuts as I was promised by Doug. UPS says TMS did not provide them with the package until after the cutoff for the overnight shipping.

Now not only have I wasted a entire day to be home to sign for a package that wasn't coming, but I have missed BOTH car events for which I needed the spacers.

Sigh. I hope they give me back a discount or something, because this really sucks. Really.

I am LIVID!!! My package which was supposed to have been shipped to Denver yesterday now shows in UPS that it is in GERMANY. What. The. Fuck.

Got ahold of Jason the sales manager at TMS. Great guy!

He was very apologetic and offered to take care of the spacers for me.

Above and beyond.

I haven't seen good customer service like this in a long time.

It may have been a massive screw up, but they made it right.

I'll definitely do business with them again

I've always had great experiences with TMS, including tech support. They screwed up, but I wouldn't stop giving them business in the future. I love ordering from turner, lots of parts at good prices and ground ups is overnight for me.
