Well didn't get my replacement spacers and nuts as I was promised by Doug. UPS says TMS did not provide them with the package until after the cutoff for the overnight shipping.
Now not only have I wasted a entire day to be home to sign for a package that wasn't coming, but I have missed BOTH car events for which I needed the spacers. Sigh. I hope they give me back a discount or something, because this really sucks. Really. |

Got ahold of Jason the sales manager at TMS. Great guy!
He was very apologetic and offered to take care of the spacers for me. Above and beyond. I haven't seen good customer service like this in a long time. It may have been a massive screw up, but they made it right. I'll definitely do business with them again |

I've always had great experiences with TMS, including tech support. They screwed up, but I wouldn't stop giving them business in the future. I love ordering from turner, lots of parts at good prices and ground ups is overnight for me.
