A Little Change

Well all, I have made a little change. My E92 has found a new home and my paddock at VIR will be hosting a 2011 Z06 for TDY until the 2014 M3s become a reality. I will get the Vette next week, s, please look for me when at VIR. My Vette is Blue, and for the moment, will be resting quietly until shoed with rims, tires, and brake pads.

FYI look for info on my E92 rims, tires, brake pads, wheel studs, and borla exhaust system which I will be offering for sale.

Very nice Doc! I definitely would like a ride in the Vette if you let me. I also came very close to getting one a few months back...

Nooooooooooo!!! Enjoy it--amazing car. A friend of mine who got me into this crazy track hobby a couple of years ago is on his second C6 Z06 and loves them. I rode shotgun with him for a session at Monticello (not sure how we managed that, since I clearly was not an instructor) three years ago in the advanced group as we flew around the track in close formation with two other C6 Z06s. Yellow, red, and silver low-flying jets. I got pretty nauseated, and yet it was so much fun.

Congrats on the new car. I am hearing more and more often people transitioning over to the Z06.

Thanks to all. Stay tuned, and I will report back after this week end, but do not expect any mind flowing info. Recall, I have stated before what a chicken I am... :-)

The little change did not occur, so I will still be tracking my M3. Once I put an eye on the car, I said bye bye. Too many "I am not Sure" things.
See you at the track.

Update: The new ride is home and being readied for the Chin Event at VIR this week end - Sun/Mon Oct 28/29. Caution will be the rule of thumb as running stock brakes, tires, and rims, so the fangs will have to stay retracted. Anyone going, please stop by and say hello.

Nice Doc, did you park that thing on the cart path or is your lawn a fairway?

New car looks good! Are you still going to sell parts from the M3? If so, I am interested in the wheel studs and potentially others.

Dave, not my house, but I own the golf course

Yes, I will be selling Apex rims with BFG G
Force R1 tires, PF01 pads, about 75% remaining, and a Borla exhaust system. The studs remained on the car when sold. Feel free to PM. Will have pics soon, busy now.
