Anyone else on here don't like the Silverstone Metallic color?

Lately, I have been seeing a lot of SS2 metallic's around town and the the color somehow never grew on me. It is my least favorite color on the M3. It is not a bad color by any means but just doesn't seem to do the car any justice.

Its my favorite color and BMW liked it enough to do the E90 M3 brochure with a silverstone car.

I wish it was a little darker. My wife has a Jetta Sportwagen TDI and its a darker shade of silver, makes the Silverstone look washed out side by side. Thus, I'll be going Jerez.

I like it. It would ve sucked on a fox red interior though. I ended up with MW on black.

Absolutely love it. Especially at dusk when the presence of blue comes to life and makes the colour mind-bogglingly individual and stealth like. Pics don't do justice to this colour at all. No regrets choosing this colour. Complements the car really well.

I like it, I originally wanted the alpine/mineral white but noticed the color was too common almost all M3's and most 335 are white. The SSII is different and in my opinion shows the line on the M3 better than most if not all the other colors and the fox red interior with the SSII looks bad ass; I know, that's the combo I have and I get compliments all the time. The only color I like better is the Grey but to each his own.

SSII and Fox Red is really a nice classy looking combo in person. Pictures don't do SSII real justice I think.

All M3 colors look great because the car looks great! Is it coincidence that most M3 sponsored race cars are white to showcase the outline. The real question is which color adds the most HP . Jking!

I think Silverstone is a beautiful color. Very striking, classy and unique to M cars. I think it looks best with Silver or black interior.

I think it looks the worst with fox red. Silverstone has a blue hue to it, and fox red has an orange hue to it. The blue and orange just don't look good.

The standard (non individual) color I dislike the most is Jerez black. I don't care for the blue hue in the black.
