Putting the CF Trim on Today (W/Pix)

Center console, dash, door strips, ashtray covers etc..

Edit:

Swapped out the brushed aluminum...

Wasn't sure how this would match-up with Bamboo. But I really like how it turned-out. Rich, not overdone. IMO it makes the interior feel more up-scale.

This is the BMW Performance CF Trim with the exception of the front console and front ashtray cover - which as you know is not offered by BMW for the E9x M3.

Many thanks to Evan @ Tischer and Evan @ Flux Autosport

I'm a crappy photographer, so go easy on the photo critiques. Of course the sun came out right when I was snapping some pix.

Awesome! I think that looks better than the original CF trim for the M3, and it goes perfectly with the bamboo.

Tell me,

(1) Did you do it yourself, was it hard?

(2) Do all your pieces match up, even if some pieces are not OEM for the M3? (front console, ashtray)

Thx!

I'm not handy by any means, so I had some help with an expert installer who does a lot of electronic and interior work for local MB/BMW dealers. It took us a little over two hours. I would not attack it myself, but others might. The trickiest piece was the front console.

The Non-OEM pieces matched the BMW CF perfectly...

Again, big props to Evan @ Tischer and Evan at Flux AutoSport too.

Lol!

Good eye....That's a very large Jolly Green Giant (store prop)

I use it to scare the neighborhood kids away from my garage!
